  1. You look so pretty in these first two pictures! Not that you wouldn't look pretty in general though ;) What I mean is the beret together with your hair and makeup makes you look so French, très Parisienne if I may say so! :)
Love number 7 and 8 too! 7 is a German model, I recognize her face from Germany's Next Topmodel. And 8 is one of my favourite blogs :)

  2. Such a great idea for a post feature! Personally, I'd be most likely to wear a beret like the first and third image! I don't actually have one at the moment though - I must get on that!

  4. I don't think I could choose only one, all of these are wonderful ways to style berets! I need to try this, there's something about wearing hats that I don't feel as comfortable with them, but I love them :)

  17. I used to own a cream coloured beret! It is one of those items that didn't survive my big clean-out ;) It looks awesome on other girls, but I can't quite make it work in combination with my curly hair. I always end up looking like a poodle :D

  24. Step one: get a beret. I have plenty of beanies but that's just about the only hat I own!

  25. I love all of the different looks that you've showcased here! I think that the lack of berets in my wardrobe is actually due to my lack of hair confidence, rather than my lack of ... beret confidence (if that makes sense). Every time I've tried one one, it pushes my hair out in a weird way that I just can't get over. So even though I love the outfits in these pictures, I also love that there are a bunch of different hairstyles for me to try. Perhaps there is a beret in my future after all ;)

  29. I love bérets and have several; an angora one, several woollen ones and cotton ones from Parkhurst. I wore them when I was as young as the girls in these shoots and still wear them as a woman older than them, (but not a staid one). Bérets are very practical in damp chilly weather. Tuques are for colder still, but I don't find them at all attractive.
