So helpful! You are a genius at layering. I can never seem to get it quite right...I'm always slightly too baggy. I'm definitely going to be using these tips once the weather turns cool :) Thank you! xxThe What's In Between
Daaaaang, that trench over the big floral print - get on my body now! Makes me wish it wasn't so darn chilly up here still so I could rock that look sans scarf, wool tights, hat, and mittens...Is it still cold in Chicago? Or do I live in the only part of the Midwest that hasn't gotten its act together yet?! :)
I love layering too :) Love the second and fifth look the best!Would you like to follow each other on GFC?http://everythingthatclicks.blogspot.com
Love for denim jackets! Number 5 is gorgeous! <3Love,RowanPersonal Style Blog WWW.REDREIDINGHOOD.COM
I reaaaally need to find a good trench coat. The ones I find at the thrift just haven't been the "right" one yet. I'll find it one day though! The Dragonfruit Diaries

Oh man, it's so hot wear I live. But this is great inspiration for the winter <3 Sweet Madame Blue
Layering can be such a tricky thing to do, but you've got it nailed! We agree that a deim jacket can be the most versatile thing. We've worn ours to death.By, the way, we are in love with the name of your blog and the design. http://mkstyleramblings.blogspot.com.au/
Love all the ways you are styling these jackets!!! my favorite is the denim one :)XOXOMiluwww.hellolupi.blogspot.com
I've never even given thought to corduroy jackets! But now it makes me want one, especially in blazer form, there's something about them that reminds me of the early 2000's in a good way.
Love your looks here, Marlen! I love your layering series, as you know, but I get so lost in explanations usually... I think I learn by watching mostly. It's a good thing blogs are visual. :)) My favorite part of styling is also playing with contrasts - it creates some really fun unexpected outfits and tell stories rather than putting on labels ("office worker", "teacher" etc). :)
I'm a blazer-over-a-pretty-dress kind of girl. =]
Love the cropped trench coat, your blog is soooo good for alternative festival inspiration xxaforvogue.blogspot.co.uk
I love all the ways you showed to style these jackets! I especially like the design of this post :)
I need like, most of these, lol. All I seem to drift toward is blazers! I AM SUCH A BLAZER GIRL! I really would like a nice, stretchy denim jacket, though. I love the ways you always style yours, eeeep. :)
great post! Love the trenchcoat with the bright floral dress and the cargo jacket with the denim tank and shorts! :) so cute loveAlexa <3http://sleepeatbreathefashion.blogspot.com
I am SO BAD at layering. I just moved to San Francisco from Texas and I am utterly lost as to how to "plan" an outfit so that I can remove or add pieces as the temperatures shift from day to night. I need to practice more... xx Abby | a geek tragedy
really love this vintage look! You look so cute <3
You have amazing style! This is SO me and would easily wear any if these looks but for summer coming up I'd love to wear the denim jacket over a long closet dress. Wonderful post! Danicahttp://lovedanica.blogspot.com
We are officially in triple digits here and I already miss my jackets. Waaaaaah!
Very inspiring! Lately I've fallen in love with my jean jacket for all the same reasons you listed... plus it looks great with some brooches and patches on it!
