When I first got this Fancy Lucky Vintage blouse I was all "ELBOW PATCHES!!". I don't know what it is about me, but sometimes I just want to dress like an old man, ya know? In a perfect world I'd wrap myself up in tweed, suspenders, elbow patches, bow ties, and thick frames. But then people would be confused about me what with my short hair, and so I'll just refrain from that.

When styling it, I decided to play up its brown color and somehow ended up with this old school looking outfit. How amazing do the elbow patches look with this 70's kitschy corduroy pattern? I can't get enough of it!

And this wool blouse isn't the first thing that I nabbed from Fancy Lucky Vintage. Look how I styled these other goodies:

  22. Sometimes I feel like there is a 75 year old, old man professor trapped inside of me. It's the only explanation for my love of tweed, elbow patches (especially those two together! swoon!) and oxfords. You are rocking that short hair, girl! Super adorable. xo
