A Very Polish Easter

Meat jello, hot pink horseradish on links of sausage, Easter eggs dyed with boiled red onions, and Baby's Breath in curled hair. That's what a Polish Easter is made out of! That and so much food on your dinner plate that you fall asleep by 7:30. True story.

  1. Love the photos! A truly Polish Easter full of food. Our mom tried more fancy eggs this year: with avocado, pistachio nuts and parmesan. To our surprise: it was grandma who loved them most. Love from Poland!!!

    Everything looks delicious! I was once invited by some Polish friends to eat polish food (stuffed cabbage) and it was delicious! I loved it!
