New Yawk, Part One!

Day one and two were whirlwinds of craning necks to see towers scrape blue skies, playing Frogger with taxi cabs, being dazzled by lights, pushing through throngs of beautifully dressed people determined to plow through you on streets, playing in Greenwich Village, buying eight dollar ice cream sandwiches, drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee because the cafes are just too sweet, and pretend house hunting for the coziest white-shutter townhouses we could find.

I'm pooling all my quarters together and moving there immediately. Feel free to follow ;)

  12. I don't live in a big city, so it is always fun for me to visit one. I have family in Chicago and it is one of my all time favorite places to go. I've also been to NYC a few times too. Always so many things to do. :)

  13. Oh my gosh! THose taxi cab drivers are horrible! The last time I was in NYC I seriously was a millimeter away from getting hit. A millimeter I tell ya!!! I am not even exaggerating. It is sad. Glad we are both still alive. Can't wait to see more pictures from your trip!
